Flexible System Configurations

  • Simplex – Single-vessel system
  • Duplex – Two vessels operating in parallel
  • Multiple Vessel – Three or more filtration units for higher flow rates and increased redundancy

Automated Operation

Advanced automation ensures consistent performance and reduced operator intervention. Backwash and rinse cycles are controlled via pneumatic or electrically actuated butterfly valves and automatically initiated based on:

  • Filter head loss
  • Elapsed operating time
  • Volume of water processed

Customisable Filtration Media

Optimise treatment performance with media selected to suit your water quality and treatment objectives:

  • Sand / Dual Media (Sand & Anthracite) for general particulate removal
  • Manganese Greensand for iron and manganese removal
  • Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) for taste, odour, and organic contaminant reduction

Options & Accessories

Enhance system performance and simplify installation with:

  • Skid-mounted packaged plants for rapid installation
  • Skid-mounted backwash pump and air scour systems
  • Special four-unit configuration eliminating the need for a dedicated backwash pump by utilising filtered water
  • Vessel construction in coated steel, stainless steel, or fibreglass (FRP)
