Aquatec-Maxcon has been selected by Smiths Snackfoods to design and construct a wastewater treatment and recycling facility for its Wynnum food processing plant. The plant will be upgraded to utilize Aquatec-Maxcon’s innovative internal circulation upflow anaerobic technology to reduce the load on the existing MBBR aerobic treatment plant enabling it to deliver improved product quality will be further enhanced utilizing ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis to produce high quality water.
